Can anyone suggest any lenders who provides Buy To Let Mortgage for Tier 1 Visa Holders with 10% - 20 % Deposit?

No-one will get a BTL mortgage with 10% deposit.
There are products available at 80%, but I suspect you'll need 25% or more if you don't have ILR.I am a mortgage broker. Can you please advice any lenders who can provide BTL mortgage with 25% deposit and don't consider 'ILR'?
I did quite few searches online, I could not find a single lender in the market.
