Is anyone taking part in this survey , reward was £4 , you need to update by text and complete an online diary on mysmsdiary . If I click on the link it just says the smsdiary is not available, has anyone else had the same problem.

Yep, I had the exact same problem.
Before that, I had been getting blocked by this survey for a year, every single month I would get invited, and every single month it would say I'd already done it.
I assumed that my account had been reset somewhere, allowing me to start doing them again (they appear to come around monthly), but then I was blocked from accessing the diary, and then final survey was inaccessible.
Valued Opinions acknowledged the problem as known to them, never credited me, and never appeared to resolve it. Standard MO.1 -
I've just had that problem now, but if I go back into the mysmsdiary it told me I'd submitted my diary and gave me a link to the final questionnaire and when I clicked that it said I'd already submitted so I am assuming there should be no issues with receiving the credit for the survey.1

Strangely enough, I had exactly the same experience except that the survey was offered to me by e-rewards, which is the same company as Valued Opinions. When I reported being unable to access the diary to complete it, they apologised and gave me the full credit. Seems like the left hand and the right hand of the company treat people completely differently.0 -
I just noticed £7.50 credited to my account in January, I found the survey ID, and after some digging, I discovered it related to one of these SMS bank surveys that messed me about last August!
It's back to not even letting me take the initial survey this month, it really messed up this time and even displayed a survey admin page :T0 -
I contacted Valued Opinions about it as the same thing happened to me and they said the £4 would be credited when everyone else's was...in around 6 months!! It was a right bloody pain to keep remembering to watch ads looking for bank ones so I hope I don't forget about it.1

6 months!!! I thought it might take week or two, but 6 months! Oh well...!1

I participated in a very long online survey, then texted responses over a few days, while also completing an online (SMS Diary). Upon completion, Normal surveys credit within a couple days, it's been a month, and no credit. Feel foolish for having spent so much time on this survey about TV's. Glad to hear the credit did appear for some..1
