I dislike competency based interviews but have a whole host of possible situations in my head! Some of them are made up.
I find the private sector uses these less than the public sector. My last couple of private sector job interviews were more like a chat! The guy doing the interview said "well we are meant to tick some boxes so I'll ask you a couple of questions and make the rest up."0
