Meeting with Broker this week - Quick Check

I am trying to get my ducks in line for my initial meeting with independent mortgage broker this week.
Single application with income PAYE of £40,000 (basic) and £1,500 yearly bonus, still paying student loan and out-goings of
£379 (Loan)
£0 (Credit Cards)
£172 (Gym, Mobile, Broadband)
Property is £122,000 and will be putting down at least 15% (£18,300) so looking to borrow £103,700; can easy increase deposit to £22K if needs be..
Credit history has been good since May 2011, when I was behind on payments due to losing my job; but no CCJs and cleared all the arrears off and majority of accounts settled. Got my credit reports from 3 sites to ensure everything is picked up and no nasty surprises.
Any MA/Brokers on here see any problems... Thanks in advance

hi itguy
will all depend on your definition of behind on payments in 2011 and what is showing on your credit files
based on the rest of your information should not be difficult to find a lender to place you with

Hi Ian
I was behind on 4 payments until May 2011, then green from there on basically as I return to employment cleared all arrears..
I have got 3 credit reports yesterday from- Experian
- Equifax
- Noodle (Call Credit I believe)
- No payday loans
- Only 1 Cash advance on credit card for £10 in 2012; that was due to leaving the house with only the credit in my phone wallet, not my wallet..
- All accounts are up to date
- Not used my overdraft for year
- Experian was 916 now 928
- Equifax was 435 now 442

The application will go in on Monday has the broker has family death when met for the 1st time... So open & honest, but did advise me should have mortgage offer in about 11 working days if no hiccups or problems.
