Mortgage valuation fee query

Hi all,

Just in the process of comparing two mortgages at the moment and one offers money towards a valuation as an incentive.

Does anyone know if i would need to repay this valuation fee if i pulled out for any reason?

    The fees assisted products say free valuation up to £560 - is that the one?
    If so I would say its free regardless of whether you pullout or complete. Although its always worth asking the lender.
