I've never been asked for anything like that by any lender.

So I shouldn't be worried about my Sky and broadband payments of about 50 pounds a month? That's really the main recurring payment apart from food.


When you have multiple accounts do people who had mortgages post MMR had to submit statements from their other current accounts apart from the one you put your wages in?

You'll be asked about any other accounts you have (they'll see them on your credit report anyhow later, so just be honest). I had to provide 3 months statements from all of mine.

To whom do you plan to apply for a mortgage?

If you name the lender, there is a chance someone can tell you their experience.

Assuming this is a lender which requires any bank statements, of course.

I am just getting a consensus and it seems to be what I suspected. They will at worst case scenario ask for statements for all accounts held on your credit file, which is fine, good to know
