TNC harassment

I recently posted on this forum about a fee PNC's I've received from "P4 parking" and letters I've received from "TNC". As this was in Scotland I've been told to ignore them as I don't have to pay. They have phoned my house twice now asking for me. The first time my housemate answered and they said about pending court action. my housemate then hung up. Today they phoned And spoke to my housemate and the conversation went like this

TNC: "this is TNC phoning about unpaid parking tickets and impending court action"
"How did you get this number?"
TNC : "we aquired it"
"well this number is not registered to the person you are trying
To phone (me) So please don't contact this number again".
TNC Then snapped and said : "so he is not Going to pay then?!"

My housemate then hung up at this point.

I plan on ignoring TNC and P4 parking until they stop contacting me. I was wondering if I should complain to traiding standards or perhaps the police because not only have they breached data protection (twice) but they have harassed and snapped at my housemate who this has nothing to do with.

Any help I could get would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
