Hello,
Has anybody recently had a discussion with Halifax on Consent to Let?
I currently has a residential mortgage with it and am looking to let it out beofore the deal expires. As such, I can buy another property (due to affordability issue I cannot have two residential mortgages at the same time).

How would cope paying for 2 mortgages along with the related property expenditure. Letting has downfalls and risks.
You'll need to justify the reasoning behind a CTL request.0
