Yes, you get that in many areas and in bugs me no end.

For instance, electricians will tell you that all equipment has to be PAT tested once per year. The regulations themselves say nothing of the sort and it's just that a new industry has sprung up to put stickers on plugs.

I am not a financial adviser and neither do I play one on television. I might occasionally give bad advice but at least it's free.
