Careys Manor & Senspa email- confused

I just got an email from Careys Manor in Hampshire asking if I enjoyed my recent stay with them.

I haven't stayed there.. I'm sure I entered a comp or two recently though as I recognise the name.

Is this just a random email, or did I win?

Just had a reply saying this was a mistake, shame thought I had missed out on a win and hoped they would honour it.

Got the same, replied stating I had Not stayed but had entered a few comps. Asked if I had won and not been informed, awaiting reply LOL

I got the same earlier and have just received an email from them , it says it should have been sent to guests that had just stayed with them.They have offered me 10% off any treatments , so looks like a different way of the usual....'sorry you did not win, but here is a 10% discount offer'
