Hi would love some help on where I could find the template letter for creditors to freeze interest😄

It's worth quoting The Lending Code if the creditor is a subscriber to it. But pointless if not.

I based my letter on the National Debtline template but on the advice of the FOS included the word complaint which the National Debtline letter doesn't. It's intended as a template so obviously things can be altered/added/removed, including the reference to the lending code if not applicable.
It certainly worked for me and for quite a few others on the DMP & Mutual Support Group forum, so it can't be that bad

Your letter is very good.
I wish all lenders were forced to adhere to the Lending Code rather than subscribe to it.0
