Hi everyone,
Looking for some suggestions on what to do (if anything) with 3 pensions I have!
I'm 40 years old and have the following;
4 years Local Government pension currently deferred.
4 years NHS pension also deferred.
3 years Prudential Platinum pension (this is the one I am currently in after my employment was transferred from NHS to private)
To complicate matters we may or may not be transferring back to the NHS in September or to another private company as my current employer has lost the contract!
A bit more info, the local gov pension was 1994 to 1998 and low paid work, hence low contribution.
I paid £86 a month into the NHS pension.
I currently pay £116 a month into the Platinum.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

You leave your deferred schemes where they are, join up with NHS if you can, keep the DC scheme ( or transfer to a PP\stakeholder if you must) and continue with contributions to give flexibility should you want to retire before scheme retirement age?0

Hi thanks for the reply,
I'm guessing from what your saying is that I cant join the local gov pension to the NHS as I'm no longer in it?
Forgive my ignorance as I know little about pension rules!!0
