    Its like any job, I think teachers work from 8.30 till 3.30, 30 weeks a year but they all bang on about how they work 60 hour days 79 weeks a year... dish out less homework and everyone is happy.

    I remember when I first started out and never charged a fee, I seen the commission the KFI and was rubbing my hands as it was a lot of money, when I actually got paid the commission after everyone had took their cut it was a lot less. It was pretty much at that point I realised I needed to charge a fee to make it work.
