No crazy fees on this one, just the standard text rate.

Win 8 of the best albums of 2014!
2014 was the year we finally saw the complete atomisation of music, with no one genre or style dominant - except perhaps pop music itself, a genre at its best when taking from all the styles around it and finessing them into a single digestible sound both conglomerate and of its own. Our team of highly trained music monkeys have selected 8 of the best records released this year for you to win on CD - yes, CD! Meaning once you've burned them to your computer and put on your phone, you'll have some exciting physical objects to remind you of the year. Hoorah! For your chance to win enter below.

Text CD to 65405

CLOSING DATE 15/01/2015

(Standard network rate applies)[/STRIKE]

Sorry, just read the terms properly and it says it's a subscription service that you can opt out of, but doesn't say how you can opt out when you enter. I'v.e left it all there with a strikethrough in case you still want to enter, It will still be under the minimum purchase amount if you opt out after the first text, but just seems a bit shady :
Terms :
5) If you opt to join the Future Prize Draws alerts service you will be informed of the most current prize draw via reverse billed SMS to your mobile phone. You will be charged your standard network rate plus £1.50 to join and you will be billed £1.50 each week. This is a subscription service, to unsubscribe simply text the word STOP to the shortcode (five digit number) from which you are receiving messages.

I think you have to opt in and fill out a form on their website to join the Future Prize Draws alerts service, as stated below under FUTURE COMPETITIONS :) I've entered these comps numerous times and even won a prize (GHD Hair Straighteners!) from Planet Notion. I've never had any problems at all. In fact, the lady who phoned me to say that I had won was really nice and polite and I received my prize within days :)

Sorry, forgot to say in last post that I have already posted this comp up and as far as I can see there is no subscription service to sign up to in order to enter this competition (as per my post above). Entry cost is a standard network charge.
