Can you believe it!
£220 from Natwest for something I had cancelled but was charged for.
£44.50 from Kwik Fit Insurance for something charged twice.
£8.97 from Amex for late payment charge and interest charged when I had actually paid them on time.
£?? from Norwich Union Simple Cover. They cancelled my policy because I have been caught speeding again. I was supposed to get a refund for the two months left on the policy which according to them equals £5.70!?!?!? That means my policy only cost me about £35 for the year :rotfl:
Double check everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update:
Natwest has told me that I will be getting my refund (not yet received).
Kwik-fit have refunded my credit card as promised.
Amex have refunded my card (though the lady told me in a patronising way that I should make sure that I leave enough time for the payment to be processed. Err - I did that is why I complained. NatWest confirmed that Amex had received the payment the day before it was due. Amex took 4 days to process it). On a plus point, Amex now only charge £8 for a late payment, which I think is more reasonable.
Norwich Union have confirmed that I will be getting a cheque for £52.50 within the next working days.
