When shops knowingly lie

Hi all, hope this hasn't been covered already. Today I went into a bed shop to purchase a bed and mattress. I ordered on the basis that the product was delivered on Sat 17th Jan as I am moving that weekend and starting a new job on 19th, I have no capacity to take a delivery on a weekday.
When I placed the order, the shop's system was down so they wrote me a manual invoice.
This evening I received a phone call to say they've now put the order into the system and there are no delivery slots for Saturday 17th. Could I do a weekday? I told them specifically I ordered as they had promised a weekend. When I said this they proposed doing Sunday 18th. Only problem is having looked at the company's website, they don't appear to do Sunday deliveries at all.
When I asked for email confirmation of the new Sunday 18th delivery date, they said they couldn't give me that. I'm starting to suspect that I am being lied to and on Monday when Customer Services open, I'll get a call to say that it will be a midweek delivery.
I am preparing myself for battle and would like some advice as to what my rights are should the store inevitably shrug their shoulders and say 'no refund'.
Thanks in advance,
Craig

If they offered a confirmed Sunday delivery then they will deliver on a Sunday regardless of what their website says.
However, I love the idea of complaining in advance!0
