Least busy time and day in Aldi
Options
I guess most Aldi stores are quite packed due to their success. Is there any optimum day & time when it's least busy?
Instead of having a separate counter to deal with issues, Aldi do it at the main checkout which holds up the entire queue. Perhaps its deliberate to dissuade you from reclaiming?

More likely to be because they're a discounter and that's how they keep prices low. If you want dedicated customer service, try one of the big 4 instead.
Try 8 am when they first open. I walk the dog past then and its certainly quieter than the afternoon. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

I have 2 Aldi's in my town. I always shop between 8pm and 10pm.
At 8pm there is usually about 30-40 customers.
After 9pm the staff out number the customers.
And there is no clear spaces on the shelf's, except for maybe the 'special 6'.
Both shops are on busy roads which are main link roads where I live. The more I live, the more I learn.

It is also quite quiet late at night, after 8 pm0

I'd also recommend after 8pm weekdays.Debt -it's a fight that I'm winning, dealing with debt one day at a time.

Obviously the quietest times are when the schools are in Monday to Friday 8 am to around 3:30pm... Same for all supermarkets. One of the benefits of working shift patterns is being able to shop in these hours midweek.0

We find shopping on a Tuesday/Wednesday morning between 8 am - 8.30 am to be the quietest time to shop in Aldi and the shelves are also full. If you have a problem, at this time of day, it can also be sorted out without much inconvenience to other shoppers.0

After 8pm is the quietest time I find, plus the shelves have usually been restocked by then.0

The only problem with 8am is that you get stuck in the rush-hour getting there. I'm surprised everyone doesn't pop in there on the way to work, to get a snack for lunch, but 8pm seems OK. I'll give it a try on Monday or Tuesday.0

I don't find that, unfortunately. Every man, woman and his and her dogs and goldfish seem to swarming the streets when I get a day off! :mad:0 -
Just started going at 8-8.30 on a Saturday morning. Aisles are busier with lots of pallets but staff often outnumber customers. Have walked through the checkout (not literally!) the last couple of times.0
