I have an IVPP which pays me a small annuity yearly. Will I be offered a lump sum this year following the Government's pension reforms?

I don't believe it is currently being looked at. It is a Steve Webb wish but nothing indicates it is an aim of the Government.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
