I've found were the FOS are concerned, the more detailed and clear you make it, the better.
Short, but concise is best.
You have to imagine they must see hundreds of complaints every day, and the temptation to skip through the detail must be Hugh, in a case like this you need them to understand your point.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
