settled CCJ mortgage

hey been searching and searching for advice on mortgages with settled CCJ's but can't find anything on new build mortgages etc which is what i need
4 years of been skint finally coming to an end nearly after a really misspent youth debt wise, all defaults have gone everything is green
exept a cci which is 3 years old in april, and will be satisfied by the summer
the question is i have no chance of getting a massive deposit together but a lot of new builds round where i I've only require 5% which is no problem as my parents are paying it for me
question is can i get a mortgage with a small deposit with my settled cci?

Once the CCJ is 3 years and a day there could be lenders - speak to a broker. Recent Ccjs and 5% deposits do not mix.I am a Mortgage Broker
