100% of Overtime

Morning all,

Im looking at moving house soon, my earnings are structured in a way which is quite unhelpful so far as borrowing is concerned.

My basic salary set quite low as out of hours work is lucrative, i can evidence all my out of hours earnings for at least 5 years but trying to find out if lenders will lend 100% of my total income?

Thanks in advance

A broker can refer you to a suitable lender. Some will consider 100% if you have a track record.

If the income isn't contractual. Then there's always the possibility that it could cease at any time.

Thankyou both for your reply's, and yes it is contractual.

    Hi deano

We have just had a mortgage offer from Natwest who accept 100% overtime. Just as long as it is regular and can provide 6 months payslips.

    Hope this helps.
