Sky+ Help Needed For Current Customers

I have been a sky customer for a less than a year, and have decided I now want Sky+, but i dont wanna pay the full price!

Anyone know what number I can ring to get a reconditioned box, or can i use IAF to get one??

If you are after a sky plus box - but one from ebay.

If you are upgrading from normal sky to sky plus you will need an additional feed from the dish (into the box) and a quad LNB (also available on ebay normally).

yup didnt make this clear!!! I will need the extra stuff from sky, not just the box!!!

what could they sell me a box and fit it cheaper than sky can offer over the phone? They want £130 from me!!!

Ring SKY on 01506831781 (rather than the 0870 number) and tell them that you had a phone call from them a few days ago about an offer for upgrading to SKY+. Then tell them that you told the person at the time that you would think about it and get back to them. I managed to get a brand new SKY+ box for £49 and 3 months subscription for 1/2 price.
