I have about 200g of brandy butter left over from Christmas. I've found a recipe for cookies after a quick google search but I wonder if any of you clever people have any other recipes.
Thank you!

I freeze it and have it at Easter with a Xmas pud picked up for next to nothing in January!0

My local small Asda had huge pots of it for 2p but do not freeze was on the instructions. I gave it a wide berth to avoid an even wider girth!Solar Suntellite 250 x16 4kW Afore 3600TL dual 2KW E 2KW W no shade, DN15 March 14

mmm, assuming brandy butter is basically just butter with some brandy mixed in, this opens up all sorts of possibilities.
Could you use it in recipes? I'm thinking of things like crumble topping, cupcakes, anything that you would normally use butter for?
Shame we never have any left over...No longer a spouse, or trailing, but MSE won't allow me to change my username...0 -
I made leftover Christmas Pudding Cupcakes and used Brandy Butter in place of Butter Icing. They were amazing!!! And I don't like Brandy Butter or Christmas Pudding0
