Balance on Mortgage

What does it mean if the balance on my mortgage is now a minus figure???

    I have two mortgages with the same bank and the most recent statements show one mortgage as a normal value ie £100,000 and the other is appearing as a minus balance say -£1,000?

    I was wondering why different?

    Maybe your bank will be better placed to answer your question.

    Not sure about the offset facility and have tried contacted bank but it isn't always easy.
