Hi all
New Year Resolution to get more flavour into meals.
I've just looked in kitchen cupboard and have a ridiculous 40 little jars (a few over 10 years old) Does anyone know of any website where you can put the herb/spice you've got and it tells you various dishes or meats/fish/veggie stuff you can add to?
Thanks

Try https://www.allrecipes.co.uk - they have a 'by ingredient' section, or just put the ingredient into the search bar0

hate to say this - but after a year (sometimes less with some herbs and spices), they lose their flavour and potency. Personally, I would chuck them out. or empty the jars and reuse them with something else. Oh, and that is even if they are unopened.0

I have to admit they would have been thrown out 9 years ago if it was me. That is not much help to you, I know.
Does it say on the labels what they best go with? The spices you need to be looking at cake receipes.0
