Asda home delivery problems

Options
Recently placed an order for home delivery by Asda after not using for the last year.( Only stopped using because of numerous problems with quality etc.) Unfortunately the situation is still as bad, and we had several items which were not satisfactory. I sent an e-mail to their CS, and up to yet, have not even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement
Very strange really, because I use their Wine Direct, and this is first class.
What are other peoples experience?.

You dont need to send an email.

Log in to your account, go to the grocery order that you had a problem with. Click refund near the top and then click the relevant products that need refunding and use the drop down menu for the reason and hit submit.

Its funny that you say that you use there wine direct. I used them before Christmas for the first and last time, it was never delivered (nor surprised it was Yodel) but they kept calling me a liar as yodel had stated that it had been left in a safe place which is hard to believe as it was going to a work address in the middle of a trading estate and they allegedly delivered it at 10.25pm on a Saturday night

To be fair to Asda, they did phone me and credited me for the problem items.
I doubt that I will be using them again for grocery shopping.
The wine orders will continue, because I have always been satisfied.
