Advice needed re remortgage and massive debts :(

My worry is when house prices go up I won't be able to remortgage to a good fixed deal but then it's not looking favourable that I'd get a good deal now either.
The fact that you are making minimum payments on the debt will trigger concerns. As lenders now have access to this data from the CRA's. To be looked on favourably requires a number of factors. All of which are in your hands. As no one can tell you what to do.0 -
I have three CCs (I know!:() and one is normally paid off in chunks but the other two have 0% interest rate for another 12 months and I have just left them with the minimum payment.
I am thinking that perhaps I need to just throw extra money at the CCs and look at remortgaging later in the year when hopefully I will have got the balances down a bit.0 -

Be a good start to the year. What ever form the debt is in it still has to be repaid. Adding it to the mortgage is only temporary relief.0
