Possible New Treadmill Advice

Afternoon all
My trusty treadmill went boom yesterday and I would like to replace it, however in the 4 years since the initial random £75 impule buy, the technology seems to have changed quite a bit and I'm not sure what to repalce it with.
I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on makes/models etc that are decent value for money, as a minimum, I would be looking for motorised with at least a max speed of 14 kph, higher if possible. Budget is as little as possible
