CSA information from an unconfirmed source

Hi all,
Very long story with my CSA but Dec should be the month a DOE should of taken place with his salry. The payment should be with the by the 19th Jan I thought is phone just to see as we have had sooooooooo many things go on where he has gotten out of paying. Anyways they are now saying an unconfirmed source is saying he has left his job or dosent work there now. What does this mean I've tried to get this out of them but they are not very forth coming. My only conclusion is that he could be with her majesty with for him is possible - what are your thoughts?
