Yuki Tokyo account open e-mail should I be worried?

"An account has been created for you at the new Yuki Tokyo website. Please visit this url to activate your account and set your password.http://yuki-tokyo.myshopify.com..."

Hi,
not sure if I'm in the right place but I've just received this email from Yuki Tokyo saying that an account has been set up for me and I have to click on the link to activate. I didn't set this up, I'm pretty certain. It says I can also click the link to "deactivate" the account if I didn't set it up. I'm not sure if I'm just paranoid but "scam" seems to be shouting at me ... any comments would be appreciated! Thanks!
I love straight forward people, makes life ten times easier.

That sounds like a scam where you click on a link and install Malware. I get quite a few emails saying I need to confirm my Paypal account or a DHL package can't be delivered, if it's not addressed to my own name I ignore it.

Never, ever click on any links......not ever!
I let my mind wander and it never came back!
