Remortgage - Fixed Term Employment

I am wishing to change a joint mortgage to my own name due to separation. I have been paying this as per the separation agreement since April 2013 and it has gone from 91,000 to 45,000 of a property value 187,550 with me making overpayments. However, I am a full time student, and also since Jan 2014 have a part time job aswell as a self employed job all within the same education job descriptions and several voluntary jobs - none of this counts for anything.
Does anyone know of a mortgage company who may help, I only need 26% LTV. I need to get the mortgage in my name by Oct 2014 or as per sep agreement have to sell the house me and my 2 daughters stay in. I am hoping to get full time in June but as its in education they only give Fixed Contracts. Thanks, any help / guidance appreciated as quite stressed about this x
