    It's probably only about 60p!
diesel is still cheaper than petrol in the south, and the exchange rate takes the price well down.

Filling the tank for under £50 was a great feeling!

    No!

White road diesel in the South ranges from 1.15 to 1.20 Euro which is about 91 - 95p Sterling

And how much is green diesel - it was it I said was probably only about 60p (as I posted my diesel was 98p, and warm hands asked if it was green diesel?)

Also unsurprisingly the border counties of Donegal, Louth, Monaghan and Cavan are all the more expensive places - more like €1.20 - €1.25 in these places, even going as high as €1.30 in some places!

Norn Iron competition watchdog eventually going to look at electric and gas prices announced on lunchtime news since wholesale price of oil and gas dropped so much :o

Report should take at least a month ? God knows why ? so expect cheaper leccy and gas by March at the earliest just as it starts to get warmer and demand goes down :(

On the plus side I got petrol from Tesco last night for 89.9p a litre using my 20p/l clubcard :)
I am trying, honest;) very trying according to my dear OH:rotfl:
