Directions Questionnaire N181 Help Needed

Hi All

To cut a long story short, i need help completing the N181 form to send back to court as i sent in my defence after i had a CCJ set aside.

Some of the questions they ask are a little confusing as never done anything like this before. I have searched the web and forums but cant find any easy to understand guidance notes.

Has anyone completed one who will be able to lend assistance.

Still unclear of how to complete this form, is it recommended to contact my local CAB. Would they be able to go through the form with me?

Received one response and all they stated was well if it's statute barred that is your total defence. Gave no advice about how to complete the N181 form.

Still hoping for someone else to respond.

There are people there who will know. The site admin there for example. Patience and perhaps a reminder tomorrow if no help before then.

mods can this be merged, as the op isn't showing the full info. For example she actually paid in 2008 and was on her bank statement like they stated.

you need to give people the full info if they are to help, several threads just dilute the info
