We are offering one lucky person the chance to win an Olive it! hamper with an apron, recipe book and of course, olives. all you have to do is answer the following question:
Black olives are at their full ripening stage - true or false?

from oliveit website: Black olives - Picked just as they reach their full ripening stage or just before, black olives vary slightly from black to deep violet depending on the variety and time of harvesting.
