After leaving uni in 2013, I moved from temp role to temp role, struggling to get a foothold in the permanent job market again. On Monday I had an interview for my first permanent full time role since 2010 - and I got the job, starting on Monday!
So if anyone else is struggling to find work, all I can say is get as much help as you can, online and in real life - get your CV looked at and revamped if necessary, and most importantly, don't give up!

Congratulations pinkduvetdiva :-)
It's good advice as well. When I was last unemployed a few years ago, I changed the style of my CV completely (modernised it) and it had a really positive effect.
Good luck in your new job :-) and well done !0 -

Thank you everyone.

My OH looked at my CV. Maybe if you know anyone who works in HR, or further or higher education, that might be a way forward.Wantobeasaver wrote: »That's brilliant , am currently temping myself and desperate for a perm job.
