I've never used uk competitions, but I imagine most, if not all, are posted here on MSE too. I find it best to only use one competition portal (this one) as otherwise, as you mention, you risk duplicating entries and disqualifying yourself.Love all, trust a few. Do wrong to none.

You can try searching the url as well as a few different keywords. It's not infallible but it does usually work even where the post isn't worded exactly the same.2018 wins: Aspinal of London jewellery box, Boudavida gym outfit, HP Pavilion laptop, The List party tickets, All Points East festival tickets, Kiehls moisturiser, By Terry cc serum, Nars Liquid Bronzer, Benefit highlighter, Nars illuminator, Fresh advanced lip trio set, Cetaphil sample set, signed copy of My Absolute Darling by Gabriel Tallent0 -
As Ness13 posts I would agree that just sticking with one comping portal is the way forward.
Some have stated that they use multiple portals but other than chatting to "comping buddies" I cannot really see the benefit. You will need to be quite methodical if using multiple portals & it all seems a bit pointless when we have such a resource as MSE Comps to use.
I cannot find any other portal in the UK that has the number & spread of comps that we have here plus the functionality to ensure that you do not dupe an entry.
Other portals to compare include such as these:
http://www.theprizefinder.com/
http://www.hotukdeals.com/all/competitions/hot
http://www.loquax.co.uk/competitions/
http://www.competitions-time.co.uk/
http://www.competitionstracker.co.uk/
http://www.competitions4free.co.uk/
http://www.competitionslist.com/
http://www.competitionsandgiveaways.co.uk/get-featured
I would be surprised if you can find many comps on any of those sites that have been on that site for a few days & are not on MSE.0 -
There was a notable post that was at #7 that is now deleted.I am sorry to see it gone as it seemed to say to much re comping styles of certain members & honesty.
I will add that that my posting of the word "use" above in #6 may not cover all details.I meant "use" as in to actually enter via & not view/lift etc.I do often communicate with members on other sites via their messaging systems but I bet they do not see me as a "comping buddie" & I do not see them as such.
I freely admit & have posted as such on MSE to "stealing" comps from other sites.I have also posted comps to other sites in the past but no longer do such due to time issues.
A direct link was provided via mjm3346 to a comp that I had issues with getting a non-stolen link on a HUKD posted comp but I cannot find the thread atm.I clearly stated as to the origin of the comp.
What I have never done is actually enter a comp via another UK comp portal since about 2008.Every comp that I have entered since then is trackable via MSE's functonalilty.
I have not used any other Comp portals to post comments, via signatures, on MSE members either. This conduct seems slighly underhand to me but hey-ho.
There are a few threads re other sites though eg:
