You'll be fine. Are you applying for a 90% mortgage? My broker thought that was partly why I couldn't get an AIP from Nationwide.
Yeah we're applying for a 90% mortgage. House is £93k so we need a £83,300 mortgage.
My boyfriends brother works for Halifax and he's getting us an appointment with them, he's researched mortgages with them as well.0 -
