4. Daily Prize Draw
4.1 Entries received each day from 00:00 on 05.01.2015 until 23:59 on 15.02.2015 will be entered into the daily draw.
4.2 The draw will close each day at 23:59 inclusive and all valid entries submitted prior to this time will be entered into the prize draw for that day. Entries from the previous day will not roll over to the following day.
4.3 Successful participants will be notified within 5 days of the draw using the phone number provided at the time of entry. Online entrants should include a valid mobile number to ensure that they can be contacted.
4.4 In the event that any winner does not respond to a winning notification within 28 days of the initial notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize awarded and re-allocate the prize to an alternative winner, at the Promoter’s discretion, in which case the original winner will forfeit any rights to a prize.
4.5 Participants must retain a copy of their till receipt to claim their prize.
4.6 Entry is limited to once per person per day for the duration of the Promotion. Any participant not complying with the Terms & Conditions of the Promotion or trying to abuse the Promotion (including but not limited to) entering more than once per person per day, by using multiple email addresses, alternative address details, phone numbers or false names will be disqualified without exception. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified. No entries from agents, third parties, organised group or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No bulk entries. All prizes awarded will become null and void in these instances. Only one mobile number will be accepted per person for the duration of the Promotion.
4.7 All winners will be selected at random via an independently verified randomised computer process.
