so for the past 2 years I have been chasing the csa for payments from my ex, who doesn't want to pay a penny, he doesn't have anything to do with our son nor does he pay a penny towards his upkeep.
so 4 months ago they finally caught him and he's been through budgeting and has to pay £170 to me a month, he has paid csa but its going to take them another 10 days to get the payment to me! is this correct as it seems a bit odd how it takes 10 days for them to send me my money ???

It can take up to that long yes. The money comes in, has to be allocated and then released. Its been 2 years.... 10 more days wont hurt and then if they manage to collect money regularly from him, then should should get into your bank on a regular basis.0
