It's generally because I'm paying rent for a shared premises that includes all bills paid inclusive in the rent already. So there is no breakdown on costs per month
Sorry, now I feel stupid. I often forget that all-in-one rent is a thing, having never gone for it myself.
Our buildings and contents insurance is £150 a year, council tax is about £1k (but I think you would get a much more accurate figure by asking your council how much you would have to pay for where you are now - should be able to find it out online). Water is £11 a month, gas and elec are about £55 a month but rising sharply because of the baby. This is all for a three bed house near Birmingham though, so may not be of much use to you!0
