TIPPING POINT COMPETITION: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY



Who can enter:



Competition open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Competition.



Opening/closing date & time:



· Competition opens for entries via PRTS, SMS and post as stated in promotion for the ‘Tipping Point’ programme (the “Programme”) at 2.15 p.m. on Monday 5 January 2015.

· Competition closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 10.00 a.m. on Saturday 10 January 2015.

· Competition closes for entries via post at 5.00 p.m. on Thursday 15 January 2015.



Winner selection date:



Within 24 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.



How to enter & cost of entry:



To enter this Competition, answer the competition entry question stated in the Programme, via:

· PRTS Phone - call 09041 61 30 30 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line to answer the competition entry question; up to thirty seven (37) entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive an additional, third entry into the Competition without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second call). Thereafter, with each subsequent entry from the same phone number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. This can be repeated to reach the thirty seven (37) entries per phone number limit. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS text – send a SMS text to 63339 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to thirty seven (37) entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the Competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number. Entrants who send a second SMS text using the same mobile number to 63339 by the closing date and time will receive an additional, third entry into the Competition without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second call). Thereafter, with each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. This process may be repeated to reach the thirty seven (37) entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s chargeable SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message. If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry

· Post – send your entry on a postcard or on or within an envelope to TPT 01, P.O. Box 7558, Derby DE1 0NQ. Entries received on anything other than a postcard or envelope will not be accepted. In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted. The Promoter and producers bear no responsibility for any entry that is incorrectly submitted, lost or received after the closing date, or damaged in any way.



For the purposes of this Competition, the 30 entries in Clause 7.3 of the General Terms shall be deleted and replaced with 40 entries.



Prize:



There is one prize consisting of a cheque for £16,000 (sixteen thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the entrant only. A signature may be required upon delivery.
