As I read it and understood it, the flight departure point was no longer available by the time the prize was due, and the alternative departure point offered would have incurred higher costs- it was not what was promised in the details.

they would only offer £200 towards the cost of the flights from standstead. Having to travel to standstead and pay the full cost of flight myself, then they wanted me to send invoice to them and they would only pay £200 towards the flight. Felt it was unfair and it no longer felt like winning a holiday when I would be paying a lot towards it.0 -
That was definitely unfair, and can understand why you were unhappy.0
