Chinese shopping in Moscow

Just watched an interesting talk show.
It seems that luxury goods in Russia are still priced in Roubles at pre-crash levels. Chinese people have rushed in to buy.
EasyJet has direct flights to Moscow. I was going to go in December, but the visa is just such a pain.
There are hostel style accommodations which are pretty cheap.
The problem is, I don't speak Russian, so I need an airport pickup, which probably costs two nights of hostel accommodation.
