C & G, Consent to Let

Hi Guys,
Just wondered if anybody out there has had recent experience with getting consent to let with C & G.
I inquired back in 2012 and they wanted 5.49%, a £995 fee and to lock in for 3 years with charges if property sold. Situation was very fluid then as it is now. I didn't bother.
Circumstances have changed again and need to work away for 6-12 months and would like to rent out.
Many Thanks in advance

C&G as such no longer exists. Lloyds have merged the mortgage operation into their own. Best advice in such situations is to give them a call. As CTL is discretionary there's no hard and fast rules.0
