Advice Needed: Lloyds TSB Refinance

Hello.
Was just wondering if any one here who's on a DMP has had any issues with Lloyds TSB trying to force them into a 'Refinance Package'?
Myself and my partner are currently on a DMP with the CCCS and so far it's only Lloyds who are giving us any trouble. They appear to be denying any knowledge of us being on a DMP and instead keep trying to bully us into taking their refinance package, despite me having written to them twice refusing it and speaking to them on the phone. So far we've had numerous letters and phone calls, (Many at ridiculous times like 9pm and sunday lunchtime.) and even a couple of loan agreements arriving in the post.
While all this is going on, Lloyds are still taking loan payments from us, despite the account being heavily overdrawn, and also charging us because there's no money in the account for the loan payments.
We just want them to accept the CCCS plan so that the debt we have with them starts to be paid off.
They've said that if we don't accept their refinance package, we'll have to pay over £1500 in loan arrears immediately.
CCCS have said to ignore them and wait for it to go to collections, but to be honest we're getting fed up of being harrassed by them day and night.
Does anyone have any ideas how to get them to stop? I was thinking of making a complaint to them about harrasment but i don't know how to go about it!
