90%LTV for New Build?

Hi

I've been helping a friend with a new build purchase. They've just broken up with other half so starting to rebuild their life.

They can scrape together the deposit - but a 90% mortgage would make things a hell of a lot easier with move in costs. Is this possible?

I am sure I've read that 85% LTV is about the max. The builder is TW if it helps.

Is it for a house or flat? It's do-able, but you will need to speak to a New Build panel broker as the products are not generally availabe.

Yes, it is for a new build house.
  • Aldermore do I believe, as do Bath Building Society and maybe some of the other smaller lenders like Leeds Building Society.

For a flat, the only lender I could find (using a broker) was Aldermore at 90%, although this was last July.
  • I've done a few of these - so it is definitely possible.

Broker would be best option for you...
