Home owned outright. How to get money from it quick?

I own my flat outright but need around £15k cash soon. What is the best way to do this? Take out a small mortgage or something? Any advice much appreciated.

Can you not just get a loan? I might be corrected but you will not get a mortgage for 15k.0

Although there are lenders who will offer a mortgage of £15k for a purchase, they will often not offer a remortgage under the CCA max of £25,001 as they will wish to avoid such regulated lending.I am a mortgage broker.
