Yes I did and the way I read it is that you haven't been saving long presumably because you've been having 2 or 3 holidays a year and now want a lender to give you 250k whilst you borrow most of the deposit from a family member, have I got it right?0

We have enjoyed holidays 2-3 times a year and now realise that's not the best move for our long term future.
Congratulations on having your light bulb moment. It's a major step forward just by having the right mindset.
You don't mention whether you currently owe any money. Credit cards, loans etc.she: credit score 737 with a couple of missed payments for a couple of hundred quid only missed due to personal circumstance at the time.
Unless hospitalised should never of happened.He:851 with four aged default all of which are all satisfied as are above.
Age of default, settlement date and amounts will impact a lenders decision. As all 3 factors paint a picture of you as a potential borrower.
Start saving seriously for the deposit in any event. As you are heading in the right direction. You have the power to influence the outcome.0 -
You can save yourself some money by cancelling whatever it is you've signed up to that generates those pointless credit scores. There's no such thing as a universal credit score and if those numbers have been made up by a CRA who cares what score they award you as CRA don't lend money.0
