Mortgage with Option to Give on Rent later

Hi,
My current mortgage offer is going to end by Mar 15, I am after fixed re-mortgage option where I have the flexibility to rent the house later on if I have to change my job (salary increase) later on during mortgage period or have to move to a different location.
What are my options ?
I have a equity of around 45% in the property.
