  • Bankruptcy - up to 95% (not Nationwide!)
No Bankruptcy - still 95% with Governments Help 2 Buy Mortgage Guarantee Scheme.
Defaults - if registered over 2 years ago - 85%
Forget the score on Noodle/Ex/ Equifax as lenders use their own.
Stop trying individual lenders and seek help from an expert otherwise you risk leaving too many prints on your credit file.

This was an expert applying on my behalf who came up with nationwide.

Ended up with a no even after appeals.

They wouldn't specify but the broker has said potentially a combination of my partner having no history and me having poor allbeit in the past.

We've decided to rent for 12 months as we already have the deposit to buy anyway.

She has time to obtain some history and absolutely ALL 9f my adverse will be off by mid April too.

May rent for 12 months but buy after 6 as it'll generally be 6 months from purchase to moving in.

Will see really. It'll fly by

    Thanks
